Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall factory performance
2. Collaborate with other departments for any production, delivery and safety issues
3. Formulate and implement standard operating procedure so as to improve the efficiency of production
4. Supervise and review the workforce in the factory
5. Ensure reliable production planning, cost estimate and materials utilization
6. Monitor product standards and implement quality control programmes
7. Monitor and manage inventory control in accuracy and quality manner
8. Ensure the compliance with industry certification of compliance

Requirements

1. Degree/ Diploma in Garment Manufacturing is highly preferred but not a must
2. 10 years of solid working experience in toys manufacturing, with at least 5 years holding a managerial role in sizable factory
3. Good knowledge in toys production technique and operation, including cost control, quality control, etc.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to make production and logistics planning and ensure their prompt execution
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Strong leadership ability and able to work independently
8. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, knowledge in Vietnamese is an advantage
9. Willing to station in Vietnam
