Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead sample room daily operation to meet company output, quality and cost control requirements as well as company KPI standard
2. Problem solving and providing technical advices on our products
3. Manage the production of technical specification package to communicate requirements for fit and construction from concept through to bulk production
4. Ensure that products are developed consistent with the established fit and quality standards, manufacturer’s capabilities and cost specifications
5. Improve the material consumption and simplify the operations

Requirements

1. Diploma or equivalent 
2. 5 years of solid working experience in toys manufacturing
3. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong leadership ability and able to work independently
7. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, knowledge in Vietnamese is an advantage
8. Willing to station in Vietnam
