Job Description
As Marketing Executive, you are required to
- Support the team in driving our major product line business and market share growth
- Analyze sales data, market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Input on communication strategies and executions ideas
- Assist in planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the brand’s 360 marketing programs including ATL, Digital BTL, CRM, Ethical, PR etc. with given budget
- Independently lead assigned projects
- Work with multifunctional teams, agencies and business partners to ensure smooth daily operations and to deliver business results
- Support new product development process and proactively understand product science
- Financials calculation on new product launch and promotions
- Routine product management responsibilities including A&P management, forecasting, product training etc, following internal and industry compliances
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and business management preferred
- At least 4 years of brand management/ consumer marketing experience, preferably FMCG or Healthcare industry
- A team player with passion, fast learner, good interpersonal, project management, strategic thinking, analytical and presentation skills
- Able to manage complexity
- Excellent command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
