As Marketing Executive, you are required to

1. Support the team in driving our major product line business and market share growth
2. Analyze sales data, market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities
3. Input on communication strategies and executions ideas
4. Assist in planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the brand’s 360 marketing programs including ATL, Digital BTL, CRM, Ethical, PR etc. with given budget
5. Independently lead assigned projects
6. Work with multifunctional teams, agencies and business partners to ensure smooth daily operations and to deliver business results
7. Support new product development process and proactively understand product science
8. Financials calculation on new product launch and promotions
9. Routine product management responsibilities including A&P management, forecasting, product training etc, following internal and industry compliances
   
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing and business management preferred
• At least 4 years of brand management/ consumer marketing experience, preferably FMCG or Healthcare industry
• A team player with passion, fast learner, good interpersonal, project management, strategic thinking, analytical and presentation skills
• Able to manage complexity
• Excellent command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
