My client,  an intermediary platform for services and a young and fast-growing startup well-funded company in Hong Kong is seeking a ( Marketing Executive / Junior Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant ) to assist our growth team in developing our web and social media content as well as supporting our daily marketing operation. The ideal candidate will be a fun, creative and outgoing individual that would love to convert his/her ideas into executable campaigns.

Responsibility

• Assist internal team in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to boost sales and expand customer base.

• Track market trend, conduct business performance analysis and set up different campaigns to enhance business performance.

• Maintain and update the relevant information in websites and internal system.

• Monitor and maintain all digital channels including Facebook, Instagram and WeChat.

• Generate fun and creative campaign ideas and execute them.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements and desire personality

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing or related disciplines. Fresh graduates and entry level candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills and networking ability, able to create fun and engaging content with the team.

• Familiarity with social media is a must.

• Cheerful and positive-thinking is also a must.

• Knowledge in Illustrator and Photoshop, or graphic design is always an advantage.

• Love startup and fast-pace environment, eager to develop new ideas.

• Self-starter who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction.
