Our client is a Japanese animation company .
Their business mainly focused on to promote their character in Asian country.
They are now looking for potential candidates in handling the titled position. 

Job Description

-Work closely with licensees throughout Southeast Asia regions to ensure their business and marketing strategies are aligned with the brand and company objectives.

-Develop and explore new business clients and achieve sales target; Work with legal team to finalize agreement signing, handle counterfeit and trademark registration issues.

-Negotiate the business terms for new licensees and renewal of current licensees.

-Ensure strong brand presence in the responsible markets.

-Knowledgeable in IP protection for counterfeit handling.

-Travel to SEA markets is required. 

Person specification

-Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines

-1-2 years work experience in character licensing business, distribution, marketing, sales or business development; experience in FMCG industry is must

-Have sound understanding of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia markets for proper licensing strategies formulation

-Outgoing, strong initiative, self-discipline and able to work independently;

-Good command of English and Mandarin, Japanese speaking is preferred but not necessary

-Willing to work overtime when necessary

-Immediate available is preferred
