Reporting to the Head of Arts, you will:
 

• Work closely with Exhibition Manager on the development and implementation of exhibitions including contracting, budgeting, design, installation, operation, dismantlement, logistics and resources planning
• Oversee artwork loan agreements and arrange artwork transportations with artists and external organisations/individuals, and follow up any related issues effectively
• Liaise with artists for all aspects of art commissions, including contracting, planning, production and communication
• Supervise internal and external teams for installation and dismantlement of exhibitions
• Manage internal workflow for procuring service providers and ensure works are delivered timely and the quality is to the entire satisfaction and best interest of Tai Kwun

 
You should have/be

• Degree in Arts or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the arts field, at least 5 years of which at a senior position, overseeing planning, production and logistics of exhibitions. Exposure in international art productions and logistics is preferred
• Excellent knowledge in contemporary art and well versed in contemporary art infrastructure and art service network
• Self-motivated and possess problem solving skill
• Excellent communication skills, proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Good Putonghua is preferred
