This position's role is to assist in full spectrum the Finance Director on  Accounting and Finance function of the company. The applicant must be proficient in MS Office , Excel, basic Pivot Table , and proficient in English and Chinese.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily general accounting duties, including physical and e-filing , data input and physical or online E-banking.

Be one of the key person maintaining Client's fiduciary accounts in compliance with regulations imposed by regulatory authority ( Insurance Authority , Hong Kong)

Handle full set of accounts (AR & AP ) , vouchers, cheques and payments preparation

Prepare management financial statement, monthly schedules, and other ad hoc management reporting and analysis.

Monitor cash flow , capital adequacy and prepare bank reconciliations

Coordinate with company auditors on annual audit .

Assists in office administrative duties such as stationary ordering , company insurances renewals and or company professional membership annual renewals.

Fast pace ,able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills combined with high attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office, in particular excel and basic pivot table, experience in accounting software MYOB also an advantage.

Proficient in English and Chinese 

Professional Diploma, Degree or above

Minimum 3 years work experience in Finance and Accounting , experience with CPA firms preferable.

Immediate available or short notice an advantage.
