Responsibilities:

• Report to the Group Corporate Counsel.
• Handle day-to-day FATCA/CRS compliance work (including self-certification forms) for the Group.
• Liaise with banks and other business units of the Group in relation to FATCA/CRS matters.
• Oversee the completion of FATCA/CRS registration and reporting in different jurisdictions.
• Ensure the Group’s compliance with the statutory FATCA/CRS documentation requirements.
• Keep abreast of the statutory FATCA/CRS policies and update the senior management where appropriate.
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the senior management.

Requirements:

• University graduate with relevant working experiences, preferably in banking industry.
• Basic knowledge of FATCA / CRS regulations.
• Ability to work independently, meticulous, dedicated and self-motivated.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
