Job Description
Responsibility
- Provide high level strategic business advice, formulating and implementing sales plans for I.T. solutions and products;
- Identify and develop market opportunities and strategic alliances to forge strong networks for supporting business expansion in H.K.Government Sector;
- Control sales and marketing expenditure to maximize revenues; and
- To build the sales team, mentoring and coaching team members for achieving targets.
Requirement
- Possess a relevant Business Degree with a major in Computer Science or Information Technology an advantage;
- With at least 10 years' experience in direct sales management with a minimum of 5 years in leadership role
- Possess effective account development skills of H.K. Government sector;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and staff management skills
- Self-motivation to achieve challenging targets;
- Fluency spoken in both English and Mandarin is required.
