Responsibility

• Provide high level strategic business advice, formulating and implementing sales plans for I.T. solutions and products;
• Identify and develop market opportunities and strategic alliances to forge strong networks for supporting business expansion in H.K.Government Sector;
• Control sales and marketing expenditure to maximize revenues; and
• To build the sales team, mentoring and coaching team members for achieving targets.

Requirement

• Possess a relevant Business Degree with a major in Computer Science or Information Technology an advantage;
• With at least 10 years' experience in direct sales management with a minimum of 5 years in leadership role
• Possess effective account development skills of H.K. Government sector;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and staff management skills
• Self-motivation to achieve challenging targets;
• Fluency spoken in both English and Mandarin is required.
