Job Responsibility

• Provide daily operational support to sales team and liaise with business head for achieving sales target
• Handle purchase order, sales order, customer billing, month end reports
• Compile reports on sales performance for management review
• Liaise and follow up with internal and external parties for operation related issues
• Follow up the work flow status with Global Business Service Center
• Check the validity of each business opportunity and prepare pipeline reports
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 Job Requirement

• High diploma or above, 2 years relevant working experience
• Sensitive to figures is essential
• Detail-minded, patient and self-motivated
• Able to work meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken in English & Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Immediately available would be advantage
