Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in hotline service and respond to inbound/outbound calls
- Handle and follow up on customer feedback and enquiry
- Provide administrative support including mailing, filing and data input
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
- Diploma or above
- 3 years of relevant experience in call centre or customer service area
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and pleasant with excellent service attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
