Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for quotation, samples and order follow up;
• Communicate with vendors and customers for order delivery schedule;
• Handle import and export shipping documents including invoice and packing list; and
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignments.

Job Requirements:

• DSE / A-Level or above with min. 1 year clerical experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English , Chinese, Mandarin and  Japanese (pass JPLT N1);
• Proficient in MS office & Chinese Word Processing;
• Self-motivated and capable to work independently;
• Immediate available preferred
