Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger functions;
• Prepare bank reconciliation and accounting schedules on timely basis;
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the team; including filing and data entry, etc.;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in accounting
• Min 1 year experience in accounting (preferable with experience in dealing with customers).
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing, experience in SAP is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Immediately available is preferred.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk.
