Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, employee relations, staff training and development etc;
• Liaise with internal parties for recruitment activities including job posting, selection, interview arrangement;
• Assist in staff movement cases and prepare related documentation;
• Explore and develop effective recruitment channels to cope with business need and development;
• Handle monthly payroll and its related administration and coordination of data;
• Ensure employee data integrity and maintain up-to-date staff record in HRIS as well as the filing system;
• Handle administration of compensation and benefits including but not limited to leave management, liaison with benefit service providers and handling employees’ enquiry;
• Prepare analysis reports for management review;
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in HRM or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of solid HR experience;
• Mature, ability to work under pressure and strong sense of accountability;
• Organized, high level of accuracy and detail orientated;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command in written, spoken in both English and Chinese;
• Strong computer application skills especially in Excel, Word and Power Point;
• Immediate available is preferable.

**Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer / HR Assistant.
