Job Description
Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and establish fraud prevention parameters
- Investigate suspicious credit card transactions and unsecured loan applications
- Monitor and conduct analysis on suspicious credit card transactions and fraud trend
- Assist in develop fraud prevention solutions
- Conduct AML monitoring and prepare related report
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 or above in HKDSE
- Minimum 5 years' working experience of credit card security, preferably in both card issuing and merchant acquiring
- Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
