Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for overall site management to achieve the company standard regarding safety, environmental, document record, progress, quality and resource utilization;
• Be given the authority and responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the works in his/her group, including control of the domestic sub-contractors, management of the domestic sub-contractor, management of the domestic sub-contractors' staff, and supervision of Unit Foreman;
• Manage all site team performance and give precise direction;
• Prepare regular report to Project Manager for review the project performance. 

Requirements: 

• Higher Certificate holder or above in building studies / civil / structural engineering from a Government approved educational institute or equivalent;   
• At least 8 years' site experience of which 5 years' must have been spent in building construction as a site supervisory staff; 
• Experience in Housing project is preferred.
• Proactive and responsible with strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

** Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Site Agent.
