GRADUATE SCHOOL

The HKBU Graduate School supports the development of strategic directions and provides central administration for the University’s research efforts and postgraduate education. We are now looking for a dynamic and dedicated person to perform clerical duties for service counter.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Provide reception support including handle incoming enquiries from walk-in students/visitors and hotline, manage mails, handle meeting room reservation and arrange courier service
• Process issuance of academic records
• Responsible for office supplies ordering and equipment maintenance arrangement
• Assist in updating attendance record and carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Applicant should have:

• completed secondary education or specialised vocational training with at least two years of work experience.
• good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• good computer skills, and interpersonal skills.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
