Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Degree in in Engineering, Operations Management or related disciplines with at least 10 years working experience in managerial positions.
2. Supervise and review team performance and motivate teamwork.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Strong leadership ability and able to work independently.
5. Ability to make production and Logistics planning and ensure their prompt execution.
6. Good communication and written skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible  for the overall factory performance
• Build a high performance culture with competent, flexible and committed workforce.
• Integrate various functions within the manufacturing operations to ensure smooth running of operations.
• Ensure there are sufficient properly trained manpower to support peaks and valleys of the production operation.
• Perform general administrative responsibilities to guarantee the factory & social compliance with company policies, procedures and local legislation.
• Develop a proper budget process from manufacturing areas.
• Work with production department heads to identify manpower needs and training needs
• Monitoring all equipment are properly maintained and are always in good working conditions
• Periodically review and improve production output standards for different production resources. Continuously look for improvement.
• Station in PRC (Dongguan) 5 days per week
