Job Duties:

• To be responsible for implementation of a new internal system
• To analyze, design and identify system components
• To prepare and conduct system testing and arrange user acceptance
• To produce project reports and program specifications
• To devise system and installation standards
• To devise and maintain operating procedures in line with these standards
• To monitor and report system usage and to recommend and control the allocation of computer resources
• To develop housekeeping jobs for security control, job accounting, system and data backup
• To assign tasks to colleagues and to monitor the performance of the subordinates

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years relevant experience
• Solid experience in project implementation and application maintenance and support in the areas of Internet and Intranet portal
• At least 2 years working experience in ASP.NET Web development under Microsoft SharePoint and MS SQL
• Relevant experience in IT project management, system development and support
• Have experience in managing a small team
• Good documentation and report writing skills is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese
