Our client is a leading MNC. They are now looking for an experienced professional to join their dynamic IT team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, modify, maintain and update of computer hardware and software, account management on server.
• Provide hardware and software Service Desk support and technical education to users.
• Update and maintain helpdesk procedures and IT system documentation.
• Escalate unsolved problems to second level support as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing information technology and operational systems and processes.
• Assist to administrate and support online learning system, including Moodle, Panopto and problem solving for students
• Procure AV equipment
• Work with external vendors

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in IT or related discipline.
• At least 2 years’ solid working experience in helpdesk support, infrastructure and systems.
• Good knowledge of working in a Microsoft based environment & applications such as Window OS, Microsoft Office.
• Basic network understanding including TCP/IP, UDP, IP schemas, LAN/WAN design and administration, and wireless networking is desirable.
• A self-starter and fast-learner with strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Good team spirit, adaptive, flexible and able to work independently.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Cantonese verbally and in writing.
• Understanding of analog and digital signal flow
