Job Description

Responsibility

Provide h/w and s/w installation, setup, support and troubleshooting for VIP users.
Setup and Standby support the video conferencing.
Support mobility solutions to the VIP users.
Advise the solution or work-around for any issue arise.
Provide the support for any IT project deployment to VIP users.

Requirement

University Graduate or above.
3~5 years of experience on user support in medium / entreprise size company.
Effective communication (English is MUST) and good people skill.
Experience on Project management.
