Job Duties:

• Responsible for formulating company IT development plan and implementation plan
• Establishment of Information Management Operational Standards and Information Management System of Group Company
• Oversee the development and improvement of the company's information systems
• Organize and participate in relevant system testing, manage or coordinate the deployment and implementation of IT Projects
• Oversee the management and maintenance of company information technology system affairs, including server, client terminal, network, website, ERP, telephone system, computer assets and network security, etc.
• Oversee the daily system maintenance work, including application installation, data backup, user access management, data safety management and mail system maintenance
• Oversee network construction of the company, including the intranet, communication between subsidiaries and telecommunication system
• Oversee and coordinate the new ERP system implementation work, including the system launch, improvement and development
• Coordination of IT Software and Hardware Procurement
• Other various duties, responsibilities and assignments as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree in computer science or related
• 5+ years of IT work experience, 2+ years working experience as IT manager. preferably in manufacturing industry.
• Windows system knowledge, with AD administration experience, Exchange application administration experience, windows server management experience, Backup management experience. Unix/Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Business level in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills, good project management skills
• Frequent travel to Cambodia
