Job Duties:

• Lead varies type of IT consultancy & development projects, such as e-Commerce, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, AI, Mobile App, GDPR, Security Audit and Industrial 4.0 projects
• Ability to work in project team to perform, execute & deliver results
• Responsible to drive billable hour’s utilization & manage customer expectation as a trusted adviser
• Expertise in project management, IT strategic planning, security audit & familiar with IT systems like CRM, ERP, SCM, ECM, POS, BI
• Consultative selling and public speaking to promote HKPC & drive business opportunities
• Relevant experience to work with industry alliance, NGO & social related services

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Information Technology Management (ITM), Information Systems (IS), Business Management or equivalent with 12+ years relevant experience in IT field, Master or MBA degree is a plus
• Professional qualification in Security and Software Quality Assurance such as CISA, CSQA, PMP, Agile or CPIT a plus
• Experience in PRC projects, Pre-sales and IT-based project implementation
• Experience in Business Development, IT or Business Consulting company and/or Corporate IT project planning will be an advantage
• Excellence in executive presentation and high proficiency in Chinese & English (both written & spoken)
• High quality in business & technical proposal is essential
• Fluent Putonghua is a must
