Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- PC hardware and basic software installation, data migration and relocation
- PC hardware maintenance & support services
- Provide services report and perform user acceptance test
- Update services details in the system and report to supervisor
- Identify problems which are related to software and hardware
Job Requirements:
- HKDSE / F.5 or above
- Holder of MCP certificates would be an advantage
- 2 year or above experience in PC and hardware setup
- Knowledgeable in Windows OS platform
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
