Responsibilities:

• Assist Retail Manager in managing and overseeing the daily operation of supermarket
• Staff recruitment & training, develop potential talents in shop development
• Ensure smooth operation in both supermarket with complying the law and regulations
• Fulfill the store presentation in young and energetic image

Requirements:

• University graduate in Operation management or related disciplines
• 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from retail/ FMCG industry
• Good leadership, problem solving and strong negotiation skills
• Passionate in developing career in Retail
• Ideally from Premium Supermarket with fresh foods, delicatessen and counter management
• Shift duty is required
