We are looking for a high caliber Account Servicing Manager/ Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• To actively promote our creative services to existing clients and new customers 
• To pitch and present creative proposal 
• To handle client and project management, inclusive of obtaining client's project requirement, design briefing and presentation, preparation of quotation and costing sheet, and to obtain contract confirmation 
• To develop excellent communication with all parties involved (the creative, production team & the client) and to follow through with all the developments on the accounts. 
• To build and maintain harmonized agency-client relationship at all levels. 
• To ensure efficiency and high standard performance of the assigned projects 
• To understand and participate in the creative process. 
• To manage financial process effectively and profitably. 

Requirements

• University graduate in communications or languages or related disciplines 
• 3-5 / 2-3 years PR consultancy or agency experience 
• A self-starter with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills 
• Able to identify and develop customer relationships and perform an accomplished level of sales responsibilities with the objectives of building the customer base, achieving revenue targets and ensuring customer satisfaction 
• Target-oriented, aggressive, patient, self-motivated, mature, responsible, able to work as a good team player 
• Excellent account management and project management skills 
• Knowledge of media practice and marketing consultancy an advantage 
• Creative, strong marketing sense, organized and responsible 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential 
• Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Associate Account Executive
