Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to assigned business division on their day-to-day business operations
• Draft and review documents and contracts
• Establish standard form of agreements
• Establish relevant company policies and procedures to better protect TTI Group’s interests   
• Identify the legal issues under any contract or document or applicable laws and the related legal risk
• Conduct legal research and investigate on cases involving legal issues/disputes
• Assist in the management of litigation or other dispute resolution
• Liaise and work closely with external lawyers on all legal assignments involving external lawyers
• Provide relevant training to personnel of the assigned business division to ensure the company policies and procedures are followed
• Work with assigned business division to gather all relevant information and instructions in order to draft the necessary documentation for any business engagement
• Work closely with the other legal departments of the TTI Group to ensure effective collaboration to achieve an advantageous position for the TTI Group
• Other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor of Hong Kong with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience
• In-house experience is preferable
• Knowledge in listing rules and other compliance regulations
• Work independently on a full range of legal, compliance and regulatory matters
• Be a team player and with business acumen
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
