Retail Operation Manager

Location: Singapore

Job Description:

• Manage Sales productivity reports on a monthly basis and as needed and support HQ with information sharing;
• Evaluate operations in the stores on a regular basis and make process improvement and simplification recommendations;
• Support HQ strategies, make Singapore specific recommendations, and train and implement when necessary;

• Produce retail stores’ performance data report for the HQ and monitor the data; execute the action plans formed by the HQ;
• Conduct on site problem shooting through communicating with store manager and staff;
• Give coach to the store staff where applicable.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above; 5 years’ experiences in retail store operation;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, 5 years in a leadership capacity preferred;
• Thorough knowledge of the channels of distribution globally;
• Strong strategic and management skills;
• Be able and willing to travel.
