Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting duties including daily payments and receipts, etc.

• Carry out full range of accounting functions such as data entries

• Handle daily accounting duties and job closing & filing

• Assist in month-end closing and reporting

• Air Operations experience is essential

• Liaise with China office to manage all payment, billing related matters, inter-company reconciliation

• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

-              Diploma / LCC Higher or above

-              At least 3 years solid accounting experience

-              Knowledge of Freight Business is an advantage

-              Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-              Independent, attentive to details, ability to adapt multi-task with tight schedules with good efficiency

-              Proficiency in MS office, e.g. Word, Excel and ERP knowledge

-              Immediate available is preferred
