Job Description

A high caliber candidate who has professional accounting experience and able to demonstrate their passion in the company

Responsibilities

Monthly report

Prepare monthly management account of individual business.
Prepare the calculation of commission
Prepare staff reimbursement report
Prepare workings in annual audit

Daily duties

Supervise the team to carry out the followings:

Sales report and issues related to invoicing
Approval and prepare the payment to suppliers
Communicate with the sales/editorial department for the expenses claims
Review /modify/ improve the Business Process Management system

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy
6-8 years of working experience
Familiar with business operations processes, with excellent professional judgment and rich experience in handling accounting ad hoc analysis
Knowledge of MS office and Flex system is a must
