Job Duties:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Finance function including finance reporting, budgeting and taxation for the group
• Review and prepare the annual report / interim reports
• Manage group's capital structure, treasury function and maintain good relationship with banks and other financial institutions in Hong Kong and PRC
• Assist management in assessing potential investment opportunities and other fund raising activities
• Formulate and implement financial policies and maintain effective internal control system in compliance with the PRC regulations
• Ensure compliance with the statutory requirements of audit and tax filing in both HK & PRC

Requirements:

• PRC banking and financial experience is a must
• Minimum of 12 years of managerial experience
• A reputable university degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• Ability to work independently
• Good command of Putonghua
