Job Description

• Provide secretarial support to Directors in coordinating daily business and personal matters under the supervision of seniors 
• Assist with ad hoc assignments                

Job Specification

• Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training
• 2 years solid experience, preferably with experience in sizable company                                      
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Mature, stable, can work under pressure, good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
