Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise login team effectively in accordance with the organizations policies
• Assign and direct workload among login clerks to ensure on time completion of login samples
• Provide proper guidance to the team
• Assist Administrative Manager to run and maintain smooth operation
• Update login procedure manual
• Support and provide up-to-date training to the team
• Appraise associates' performances
• Perform effective communications to customers internally and externally  

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, University graduate is preferred
• At least 5 years supervisor experience in administrative area is required
• Have working experience in testing laboratory is preferred
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Good in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Willing to working with each department, under pressure, Intelligent and mature
• Need to work overtime to complete daily works
• Good experience to lead a group of people
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working Hour: 11:00am-7:30pm
