Responsibilities:

• To provide all-round administration support to HR department
• To support C&B calculation, payroll administration and MPF enrollment
• To handle HR-related documents, filing and data entry in a timely manner
• To maintain accurate records in staff management system 
• Handle accounting books including A/R and A/P
• Prepare monthly financial reports 

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above (Fresh graduate is welcome)
• Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources or Accounting disciplines
• At least 1 year relevant experience is preferable
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese & English
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is an advantage
