Job responsibilites：

Manage all financial related issue and advise on corporate business performance;
Lead the finance team to provide forward-looking and actionable financial information which creates the framework for better decision making;
Monitor all financial issues including Financial Management, Taxation, Treasury Management and Capital Investment;
Drive continuous business profitability and efficiency, especially from the finance operations;
Liaise with investment banks and potential investors to identify investment opportunities;
Drive continuous business profitability and efficiency, especially from the finance operations;
Provide sound advice on the company's business and investment strategies, and ensuing transactions are structured properly and that financial parameters are met;
Improving internal controls;
Hands-on experience in the compliance affairs with the Stock Exchange and the company secretarial affairs.

Job requirements：

Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting or any related discipline;
CPA qualified with minimum 8 years finance & account experience gained in cooperate finance and investment is a highly preferable;
Familiar with Hong Kong and China accounting policies and regulations;
Flexible, hand-on, able to work under pressure, detail oriented;
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese;
Excellent Business Development and Strategic Planning;
Immediate available is an advantage.
Candidate with less experience maybe consider as Financial Controller.
