Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the set up and maintenance of group companies and subsidiaries including the company secretarial work such as company registration, amendment and deregistration, company seal management and director relations
• Review the company structure and policies of the offshore companies for alignment with the group
• Assist in management of existing equity assets and post-deal investment management
• Participate in pre-deal project management including the takeover and maintenance of documents, review and negotiation of terms, financing application, etc.
• Support Project Team to ensure smooth and efficient processing of all transactions

Requirements

• University degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Finance or Economics
• Minimum of 3 year of relevant working experience in private equity (candidates with working experience in Chinese financial institutions or buy-side firms are highly preferred)
• Excellent English skills with the ability to review agreement terms and conditions and handle full set of documents independently
• Self-motivated and detail-minded with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
