Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of financial reporting, including the management account and the consolidated financial statements of the group
• Independent to handle daily accounting operations and handle full set of books
• Act as the Designated Representative of Significant Controllers Register and perform of HK Company Secretarial duties
• Liaise with the auditor and follow up with the audit and tax issues
• Provide the professional accounting and tax advices to the management level
• Responsible of HR and administrative works
• Occasionally travel to China officesis required

Requirements:

• Member of ACCA / HKICPA
• Minimum of 10 years in accounting experience in handling full sets of accounts and group consolidated accounting with China experience
• At least of 5 years supervisory level
• Knowledge in PRC accounting standard and taxation in land and property development

·         Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet the tight deadline

• Effective time management and strong of problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer skills including Excel & Word
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
