Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting matters including AR & AP
• Handle accounting entries in SAP and perform account reconciliation
• Handle GRN and related documentation and ensure the completeness
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including reporting and yearly audit
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems
• Support other daily operations for HK division

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business in Finance or Accountancy, or related discipline
• Experience in FMCG / Retail industry is preferred
• 3 years or above solid working experience in full set accounting
• Attentive to details and well organized
• Able to build solid and effective working relationships with others
• Positive working attitude with ability to identify and solve problem
• Hands on knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel
• SAP knowledge is definitely an asset
