Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is the HR partner who translate business goals and objectives into HR solutions, he/she will lead the talent acquisition process from analyzing recruitment needs to closing of the placements.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and analyze recruitment needs and work out hiring plans
Together with hiring managers, implement approved hiring plans from publishing job openings, networking and engaging with talents, candidate screening to offer negotiation
Proactively research and suggest innovative and effective HR solutions
Analyze recruitment effectively and share learning with hiring managers
Analyze market remuneration trend and provide insight to enhance talent acquisition strategy
Lead HR and recruitment events like campus recruitment talk, etc

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above
3-5 years working experience
Experience and networking in media and/or digital advertising is highly preferable
Experience in talent acquisition is a plus
Strong personal networking and interpersonal skills
Proactive and result-oriented
Be innovative to problem solving
