Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of Administration & HR functions in China factory
- Oversee for overall factory administration including warehouse, procurement, security, working safety, building maintenance, utilities maintenance, dormitory management, insurance, welfare,
- Take lead for company events, ISO affairs including internal training, audit and review.
- Responsible for full range of HR functions including recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related disciplines
- 3 years working in HR & Admin management level in China
- Self-Motivated and Aggressive Personality is a MUST
- Thorough knowledge in China Labor Law
- Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
- Mature & Strong in leadership with high Accountability
- Candidate must able to Work Under Pressure
- Good command of both Written & Spoken English, Good Mandarin is required
