Requirements

• University graduate in any disciplines
• 4-5 years secretarial experience in supporting senior management
• Prior exposure in handling personal matters is highly preferred
• Detail-minded, energetic, dynamics, reliable and sense of responsibilities
• Self-initiative person with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP
• Good communication of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Director in coordinating personal and business matters
• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support including appointments coordination, travel arrangement, minutes taking and preparing correspondence
• Handle diary management for daily and personal affairs and assist in property matters
• Responsible for office management and supporting ad doc assignments as required
