Requirements

  • Degree / Associate Degree graduate
  • 1 year working experience in sales coordination support
  • Experience in order processing with overseas clients is preferable
  • Well-organized, energetic, detail-oriented and good team player
  • Computer literate in using MS Office such as Word and Excel
  • Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
  • Immediate available will be a great advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide support on order processing and delivery arrangement
  • Liaise with overseas customers and suppliers on order follow up
  • Responsible for preparing sales documents and delivery note
  • Assist in updating clients’ information and system data support
