Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Mainly responsible for Office Administrative duties - Hong Kong office, China offices and all warehouses;
  • Performing ad hoc projects and assignment when required;
  • Mainland China trip is required.

Requirements:

  • Non-degree holder or equivalent, preferably in HR or Business related disciplines
  • At least 8 years working experiences in HR & Administrative and Trading
  • Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word-processing
  • Knowledgeable in ERP System
  • Well versed in HK & China labour ordinance and practice
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
  • A team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
  • Experience in toys manufacturers is a plus
