Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment cycle in a timely manner, including to identify recruitment need, prepare job description, source talent via appropriate channels, arrange rounds of interview and offer proposal;
• Manage recruitment channels,maintain effective communication/ relationship with staff and candidates;
• Compile management reports and statistical analysis reports within timeline and ensure reporting staff deliver the same.

Requirements:

• Min. 4 years’ relevant experience at supervisor level, with experience in retail or beauty industry will be an advantage;
• Mature, responsible and good interpersonal skill;
• Be able to work under pressure.
