Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage daily operations with professionalism.
• Lead, manage and develop marketing strategy to achieve company’s targets.
• Recruit, motivate and develop a strong team.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of teaching meets company's standards.
• Organize regular meetings, workshops and etc. to achieve company's goals.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management
• Love children, enthusiastic and responsible are essential.
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent language skills with spoken & written, English and Chinese - Cantonese
• Good computer skills, such as MSWords, Excels, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Education background will be a plus.
