Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR and Administration functions of the Hong Kong, Macau and China
- Consolidate, analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful results
- Administer C&B related programs
- Update and review existing HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment selection, compensation and employee relations
- Develops human resources operations strategies by estimation, forecasting and developing action plans
- Prepare information/data needed for compensation surveys
- Provide support for regular and ad-hoc rewards projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8-10 years' relevant working experiences, preferable in Retail industry and sizeable company, at least 3 year at a management position
- Solid experience in salary survey, benchmarking and budgeting
- Solid experience in HK and China operations
- Mature, responsible and with good leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferable
