Responsibilities:

• Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR and Administration functions of the Hong Kong, Macau and China
• Consolidate, analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful results
• Administer C&B related programs
• Update and review existing HR policies and procedures
• Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment selection, compensation and employee relations
• Develops human resources operations strategies by estimation, forecasting and developing action plans
• Prepare information/data needed for compensation surveys
• Provide support for regular and ad-hoc rewards projects
  
  

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8-10 years' relevant working experiences, preferable in Retail industry and sizeable company, at least 3 year at a management position
• Solid experience in salary survey, benchmarking and budgeting
• Solid experience in HK and China operations
• Mature, responsible and with good leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable
