• Experience in contract management, client development, product customization, project management and dispute resolution processes.
• Experience in tender submission for corporate clients, procurement policy and the development of strategies and initiatives.
• Demonstrated background as a confident and influential public speaker with high level formal writing and presentation skills.  
• Demonstrated ability to establish and gain the trust of staff, managers, executives and other stakeholders and in building effective relationships leading to positive outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with operation team to improve efficiency and quality of services to our patients through practical and innovative ideas.
