Job Description

職責:

Responsibilities:

  • To formulate and review the company policies
    負責組織公司制度體系修編
  • To handle and manage the operations of company official document
    負責公司公文運轉管理工作
  • To be responsible for the coordination, follow-up and supervision of company important matters / projects within the company
    負責公司內部各類重大事項的跟蹤協調以及督辦
  • To be liaison and communicate with third parties, including but not limited to government departments, cooperative units, subordinate companies, etc.
    負責公司對外聯絡協調工作,包括與政府機構、合作單位、下屬公司等的溝通協調
  • To be responsible for the public and Media Relations, including business reception, brand promotion and enhancement, press releases write-up, development and implementation of media relations strategy 
    負責公司公共關係維護工作,包括商務接待、品牌及對外形象維護、新聞採編、對接媒體、輿情監察和相關輿情交易處理等
  • To plan and coordinate company meetings and events
    負責籌備公司各類大型會議、大型活動
  • To handle ad hoc assignments.
    處理其他臨時性工作。

 

任職要求:

Requirement:

  • University degree or above in relevant areas
    大學本科或以上學歷
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience;  experience in administration, Public Relations / Communications or a related areas is preferred
    5年及以上相關工作經驗,具有行政管理、公共關係或宣傳媒體等相關工作經驗者優先
  • Experience in Chinese-funded institutions, familiar with the operation of the Mainland government, enterprises and institutions would be an added advantage
    具中資機構工作經歷,熟悉內地政府、企事業單位元運作流程者優先
  • Thoughtful and meticulous, responsive and proactive, and can meet tight deadlines
    組織策劃能力強,謹慎、細緻、周到,積極主動,反應迅速, 能在較短的期限要求下按時完成工作
  • A team worker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    具備出色的溝通及人際交往能力,富有團隊精神和較強的適應能力
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese, ability to communicate in Putonghua is essential
    精通中文文書撰寫,具備流利的粵語及普通話溝通能力
  • Proficiency in computer and office software application (MS Office and Chinese word processing)
    精通電腦及常用辦公軟體操作(微軟辦公軟體與中文文字處理)。
