Job Description

On behalf of our client, a top retail bank in Hong Kong, we are inviting application for the post of Insurance Planner.

Details:

- No sales target

- Cooperate with branch staff to enhance insurance sales performance

- Develop business plans and conduct performance analysis

- Organize events such as seminars and workshops to coach related parties

- Offer supports to wholesales support team in order to achieved sales goals

- Enhance brand image of bank

- Good and clear career path

Winning factors:

- Degree holder, preferably in Business Management/ Marketing/ Finance/ Economics

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Solid knowledge in life insurance products

- Strong coaching skills

- Minimum 3 years' experience in business development, staff coaching, sales support or financial services setting

- 2 years' insurance sales experience is preferred

- Relationship manager and insurance specialist from retail banks are preferred

- Experienced agents and broker are welcomed

- IIQE 1,3,4,5 are required
