Responsibilities:

• Prepare valuation, trade instruction and settlement, position reconciliation, corporate actions, fund expense payment processing and cash management, etc.;  
• Communicate all settlement information to the custodian and broker;
• Coordinate with IT team and vendor for system UAT;
• Review current process for Trade Management, make suggestion to improve processing efficiency and lead implementation;
• Handle account opening and KYC check;
• Liaising with the legal advisors, consultants, custodians, brokers, banks, auditors and any other professional service providers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Operations / Middle Office etc.;
• Product knowledge – Equities, Bonds and Fund;
• Detailed understanding of settlement cycle/practices;
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines;
• Strong PC skills, specifically Excel skills (Advanced + VBA);
• Self-motivated, mature, patient and to be a good team player with strong common sense and able to work under pressure;
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English.
